Yoga
An Eastern system that stresses exercise for attaining bodily and/or mental health.
A yogi is someone who practices Yoga.
Part of Hindu philosophy, Yoga involves the withdrawal of the physical senses from external objects.
Adepts in Yoga are able to hold their breath for protracted periods and to do other things in apparent contravention of natural requirements.
Hypnotism and self-mortification are part of the cult. Union with the deity became its object.
Modern Western Yoga is a combination of meditation, gymnastics, and wellness training. It still includes the spiritual tradition from India, and to practice it is an effective natural way to control weight, stress levels, and improving someone's overall health and disposition.

Navigation areas are completed, but the word definition pages are not. The
layout in these pages might not look as good as they should. Updating them

person working on this site in my spare time.

Forums, so we can all discuss the
occult, paranormal and extraordinary, and whatever else we please.
